TYM allowed to establish new branch and transaction offices

Specifically, the SBV has approved of TYM's request to establish additionally one (01) branch in Thanh Hoa Province, with details as follows:

The full name: Tinh Thuong One-member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution – South Thanh Hoa Branch;

The address is at: Nong Cong District Social Organizations Office Block, Tap Cat 1 Sub-area, Nong Cong Town, Nong Cong District, Thanh Hoa Province.

In addition, the SBV has also approved of TYM's request to establish additionally eleven (11) transaction offices, with details as follows:

1. TYM – Me Linh Branch - Transaction Office No. 02 in Hanoi

The full name: Tinh Thuong One-member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution – Me Linh Branch - Transaction Office No. 02;

Also in the Document, TYM is requested to take responsibility for implementing the necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and posting on newspapers information about the newly established branch and transaction offices in line with Paragraph 8 of Article 15, and Article 17 of Circular No. 19/2019/TT-NHNN dated November 05, 2019 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of microfinance institutions (Circular No. 19).

Besides, TYM is also responsible for publicizing the information about the establishment of its new branch and transaction offices in line with Article 18 of Circular No. 19.

The Document will cease to be valid if TYM does not inaugurate the above-mentioned branch and transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
