On April 10, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 602/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision in Point 4 of the License for the Operations No. 0011/NH-GP dated April 06, 1992, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 06, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Eximbank, to read as follows:
“The charter capital: VND 14,814,048,590,000 (Fourteen thousand eight hundred fourteen billion, forty-eight million, five hundred ninety thousand Vietnamese Dongs)”.
Eximbank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017) regarding the above revision.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Operations No. 0011/NH-GP dated April 06, 1992, and Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 06, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Eximbank.
Decision No. 974/QD-NHNN dated May 17, 2012 issued by the SBV Governor revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Operations of Eximbank shall be no longer effective from April 10, 2023.
