At Document No. 395/THN-TTGS dated May 08, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Thai Nguyen Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank) to voluntarily terminate the operations of its Song Cau post office transaction office in Thai Nguyen Province, specifically as follows:
The office’s address is at: Song Cau Town, Dong Hy District, Thai Nguyen Province;
The current supervising branch: LPBank – Thai Nguyen Branch.
Within 45 days from the date of signing of this Document, LPBank shall conduct the legal procedures in accordance with the laws to terminate the operations of the above-mentioned post office transaction office; send a written report to the SBV - Thai Nguyen Branch reporting on the specific date of termination of operations of the above-mentioned post office transaction office; announce and publicize the termination of operations of the post office transaction office in accordance with the laws.
