On May 12, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch issued Decision No. 401/QD-HCM revising the substance of the contributed capital in the License of Deutsche Bank AG. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
Accordingly, Article 2 of the License for the operations of a foreign bank branch No. 50/GP-HCM dated January 21, 2022 issued by the Director of the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City Branch to Deutsche Bank AG. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch has been revised, to read as follows: “Contributed capital: USD 200,080,000 (Two hundred million, eighty thousand United States dollars).”
Deutsche Bank AG. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch is responsible for registering with the competent authorities regarding the change of its contributed capital; publicizing the change on the media as required for by the provisions of Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the operations of a foreign bank branch No. 50/GP-HCM dated January 21, 2022 issued by the Director of the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City Branch to Deutsche Bank AG. – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
