On June 01, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Son La Provincial Branch issued Decision No. 59/QD-SLA3 on the termination of the liquidation process and the revocation of the License of Van Ho People's Credit Fund.
Accordingly, the SBV – Son La Provincial Branch has decided to terminate the liquidation process of Van Ho People's Credit Fund; revoke the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 491/GP-NHNN dated August 12, 2016 issued to Van Ho People's Credit Fund.
Van Ho People's Credit Fund is responsible for handing back the original License for the Establishment and Operations to the SBV – Son La Provincial Branch.
Van Ho People's Credit Fund is also responsible for implementing the applicable legal procedures related to the dissolution and the revocation of the License for its establishment and operations in accordance with the laws.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing.
