On July 12, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1351/QD-NHNN revising the License of the National Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision of the substance in Paragraph 2 of Article 1 of License No. 12/GP-NHNN dated March 10, 2023 issued to the NCB, to read as follows: “2. Address of the head office: No.25 Le Dai Hanh street, Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi”.
The NCB is responsible for implementing the procedures as stipulated in Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented), and other relevant legal regulations.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 12/GP-NHNN dated March 10, 2023.
