On August 9, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1506/QD-NHNN revising the License of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NamABank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision of the substances in Article 2 of License No.18/NH-GP dated April 13, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to NamABank, to read as follows: “The charter capital of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND 10,580,416,150,000 (in words: Ten thousand five hundred eighty billion, four hundred sixteen million, one hundred fifty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
NamABank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017), and other applicable legal regulations.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. No.18/NH-GP dated April 13, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to NamABank.
