The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)–Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) branch has issued Decision No. 672/QD-NHNN on the extension of the operational duration of the Representative Office of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited in Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, the SBV-HCMC branch has approved of an extension of the operational duration, and a revision of the related substance in Article 2 of License No. 101/GP-NHNN dated October 23, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, to read as follows:
“The operational duration of the Representative Office of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited is 5 years, starting from October 23, 2023”.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 101/GP-NHNN dated October 23, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
