On December 19, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2346/QD-NHNN amending the substance of “Bank name” as written in the License of Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision of the substance of ”Bank name” as written in Article 1 of License No. 42/GP-NHNN dated June 16, 2021 issued by the SBV Governor to Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank, to read specifically as follows:
“1. Bank name:
- Full name in Vietnamese: NGÂN HÀNG THƯƠNG MẠI CỔ PHẦN THỊNH VƯỢNG VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN.
- Full name in English: PROSPERITY AND GROWTH COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK.
- Abbreviated name: PGBANK".
PGBank is responsible for implementing the regulations in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017), and other relevant laws.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 42/GP-NHNN dated June 16, 2021.
