The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Hanoi and Binh Duong branches have issued Decisions revising the contributed capital substances in the Licenses of Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (Fubon Bank) – HCMC, Hanoi and Binh Duong branches.
According to the information in Document No. 168/2024/TFBHCM dated June 17, 2024 of Fubon Bank – HCMC branch, on June 13, 2024, the SBV – HCMC branch issued Decision No. 554/QD-HCM revising the contributed capital substance in the License of Fubon Bank – HCMC branch, specifically as follows:
Revising the contributed capital substance as stated in Article 2 of the License for the establishment of a foreign bank branch No. 54/GP-NHNN dated February 20, 2013, which was issued by the SBV Governor to Fubon Bank - HCMC Branch, to read as follows: “USD 173,000,000 (in words: one hundred seventy-three million United States dollars)”.
According to the information in Document No. 180/2024/TFBHCM dated June 17, 2024 of Fubon Bank – Hanoi branch, on June 13, 2024, the SBV – Hanoi branch issued Decision No. 363/QD.HAN-TTGS2 revising the contributed capital substance in the License of Fubon Bank – Hanoi branch, specifically as follows:
Revising the contributed capital substance as stated in Article 2 of the License for the establishment of a foreign bank branch No. 2284/GP.HAN-TTGS2 dated November 20, 2022, which was issued by the SBV - Hanoi Branch to Fubon Bank - Hanoi branch, to read as follows: “The contributed capital of Fubon Bank - Hanoi branch is: USD 45,000,000 (in words: forty five million United States dollars)”.
According to the information in Document No. 182/2024/TFBHCM dated June 17, 2024 of Fubon Bank – Binh Duong branch, on June 6, 2024, the SBV - Binh Duong branch issued Decision No. 152/QD-BDU3 revising the contributed capital substance in the License of Fubon Bank – Binh Duong branch, specifically as follows:
The SBV – Binh Duong branch has approved of a revision of the contributed capital substance as stated in Article 2 of the License for the establishment of a foreign bank branch No. 02/GP-NHNN dated January 8, 2008 issued by the SBV Governor to Fubon Bank – Binh Duong branch, to read as follows: “USD 51,000,000 (in words: fifty-one million United States dollars).”
