On September 25, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 632/QD-TTGSNH revising the substance of the head office address in the License of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of the request of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited to revise the substance of its head office address as stated in Paragraph 2 of Article 1 of the License for the establishment and operations of a 100% foreign-owned bank No. 106/GP-NHNN dated December 17, 2019, issued by the SBV Governor to Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited, to read as follows: “2. The head office address: 1st , 2nd, 3rd, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd floors, Tower B, the Commercial, Service and Apartment Building at Lot 1-13, Functional Area No.1, No.15 Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited is responsible for implementing the procedures of amending and supplementing its Charter, and publicizing the revised substance in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024.
Decision No. 632/QD-TTGSNH took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the establishment and operations of a 100% foreign-owned bank No. 106/GP-NHNN dated December 17, 2019, issued by the SBV Governor to Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited.
Decision No. 527/QD-NHNN dated March 27, 2024 revising the substance of the head office address in the License of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited ceased to be effective on the date of signing of this new Decision.
