On November 4, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch issued Decision No. 986/QD-HCM revising the operational duration substance in the License of Resona Bank Limited – Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City branch has approved of an extension of the operational duration as stated in the License for the Establishment of a representative office No. 01/GP-NHNN dated January 21, 2015, issued by the SBV Governor to Resona Bank Limited - Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, for another five (05) years, starting from January 21, 2025.
This Decision took effect from the date of its signing and shall be an integral part of the License for the Establishment of a representative office No. 01/GP-NHNN dated January 21, 2015.
