On November 27, 2024, the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Hanoi Branch issued Decision No. 734/QD.HAN-TTGS2 amending and supplementing License No.01/2000/NH-VPGP4 dated January 4, 2000 on the establishment of the representative office of a foreign credit institution in Vietnam (changing the name and extending the operational duration).
Accordingly, this Decision has amended and supplemented License No. 01/2000/NH-VPGP4 dated January 4, 2000 issued by the SBV Governor to Natexis Banque (now changed to BPCE International et Outre-Mer).
Specifically, Natexis Banque - hanoi Representative Office has been renamed as BPCE International et Outre-Mer – Hanoi Representative Office
Also, the operational duration of BPCE International et Outre-Mer – Hanoi Representative Office has been extended; its operational duration is now five (05) years, starting from December 7, 2024”.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No No.01/2000/NH-VPGP4 dated January 4, 2000 issued by the SBV Governor to Natexis Banque (now changed to BPCE International et Outre-Mer).
