On November 25, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2570/QD-NHNN revising the License of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision in Point 4 of License No. 0011/NH-GP dated April 6, 1992 issued to Eximbank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 6, 1992 issued by the SBV Governor to Eximbank, to read as follows:
“Charter capital: VND 18,688,106,070,000 (Eighteen thousand six hundred eighty-eight billion, one hundred oh six million, seventy thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
Eximbank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 37 of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 0011/NH- GP dated April 6, 1992 issued to Eximbank, and Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 6, 1992. Decision No. 2000/QD-NHNN dated October 26, 2023 revising the License of Eximbank ceased to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
