The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony on August 2 to announce the Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung as new Deputy Director General of Monetary and Financial Stabilization Department.
The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Nguyen Thi Hong, representatives from the SBV Personnel Department, International Cooperation Department and all staff of Monetary and Financial Stabilization Department.
Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung was former Deputy Director General of International Cooperation Department. He has just been back to the SBV after completing his two year term of being representative and 2nd senior consultant to the Head of IMF Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Washington, D.C.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Governor Nguyen Thi Hong congratulated Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung on his new position. She expressed her hope that Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung will continue to develop his capacity, wisdom, experience, and the sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in his newly appointed position.
In his statement of gratitude, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung promised to do his best to contribute to the development of both the SBV and the banking sector.
