Press release on issuance of Circular No.13/2021/TT-NHNN
Under the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to implement Resolution No. 63/NQ-CP dated June 29, 2021 of the Government on the key tasks and measures for accelerating the economic growth, public investment disbursement and sustainable exports during the remaining months of 2021 and early 2022, as well as to further support the COVID-affected subjects, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No.13/2021/TT-NHNN dated August 23, 2021 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 26/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 5, 2013 on the SBV’s payment service fee schedule. Accordingly, the SBV has reduced by 50% of the fees for transactions via the SBV electronic inter-bank payment system for the time between September 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The new Circular shall take effect from September 1, 2021.
