On July 22, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1690/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance as written in Article 2 of License No. 01/ GP-NHNN dated January 9, 2026, issued by the SBV Governor to the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB), to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of the National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) is: 29,279,847,510,000 (Twenty-nine thousand two hundred seventy-nine billion, eight hundred forty seven million, five hundred ten thousand Vietnamese Dongs)”.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing, and is an integral part of License No. 01/ GP-NHNN dated January 9, 2026 issued by the SBV Governor to NCB.
