On July 22, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1691/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Joint Stock Commercial Bank (Vietbank).
Accordingly, Article 2 of License No. 05/GP-NHNN dated February 24, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to Vietbank has been revised, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND 11,845,866,040,000 (Eleven thousand eight hundred forty-five billion, eight hundred sixty-six million, forty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No.05/GP-NHNN dated February 24, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to Vietbank.
Decision No.179/QD-NHNN dated February 5, 2026 revising the charter capital substance in the License of Vietbank ceased to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
