These two long bank holidays are set in accordance with the Prime Minister’s approval of the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) with regard to the public holidays in 2019.
Credit institutions will make their own working arrangements on these long holidays and shall report to the SBV functional departments for promptly dealing with any arising issues in case of need.
Other holidays are set in line with the Labour Code. Specifically, in 2019 the SBV will be closed on April 15th for the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and September 2nd for the National Day.
