On July 15, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1640/QD-NHNN revising the charter capital substance in the License for the Establishment and Operations of the Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank (ACB).
Accordingly, Article 2 of License No. 91/GP-NHNN dated September 19, 2018 issued by the SBV Governor to ACB has been revised, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of the Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank (ACB) is: VND 58,044,219,570,000 (Fifty-eight thousand forty-four billion, two hundred nineteen million, five hundred seventy thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No. 91/GP-NHNN dated September 19, 2018.
